A classified LIDAR point cloud of the historical center of Riga, its protection zone and 13 building protection areas is available in the dataset. LIDAR data acquired in August/September 2022 by aerial laser scanning and ground laser scanning. In an open, uncovered area, the combined density of points is 200-300 p/m². Both manual and automatic classification of aerolaser scanning and laser scanning data was performed. The set of points is linked to the LKS-92 TM coordinate system and the Latvian normal height system LAS – 2000.5.

LIDAR data is available for download in *.las data format on TKS-93 M 1:500 map sheets.
