Why do the building models in the LOD models not match the cadastral data?

In LOD models, the differences between the geometries of the cadastral information system and LOD buildings occur because laser scanning and high-detail topographic information data are used as a basis for the calculation of the occupied area of the building (building footprint) in the creation of the 3D model. Using the information obtained as a result of laser scanning, corrections have been made, and structures that are not in the area have been deleted.
