{"id":5344,"date":"2026-07-23T04:50:00","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T04:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/georiga.eu\/?post_type=iesaisties&#038;p=5344"},"modified":"2026-07-23T06:06:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T06:06:13","slug":"submit-suggestions-for-lowering-pedestrian-curb-ramps","status":"publish","type":"iesaisties","link":"https:\/\/georiga.eu\/en\/iesaisties\/submit-suggestions-for-lowering-pedestrian-curb-ramps\/","title":{"rendered":"Submit suggestions for lowering pedestrian curb ramps"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To improve pedestrian mobility and ensure a safe and convenient environment for all residents, the Riga Municipality\u2019s Department of Outdoor Space and Mobility continues to lower pavement kerbs on municipally owned land.<br><br>This year, the municipality has already conducted a public survey and continues to welcome residents\u2019 proposals and suggestions.<br><br>In 2025, pedestrian pavement kerbs were lowered at more than 70 locations across Riga, covering a total length of over 1,520 metres.
